About the Role

An established financial services company is seeking a POS Deployment Officer to manage the deployment and activation of POS terminals for new and existing customers in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy POS terminals to new and existing customers promptly and efficiently
• Ensure successful activation and configuration of POS devices
• Train customers on the proper use of POS terminals and available services
• Conduct follow-ups with deployed customers to encourage usage and resolve complaints or challenges
• Maintain accurate records of deployments, activations, and customer feedback
• Provide periodic reports on deployment status and transaction performance
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure all assigned POS terminals are accounted for and properly documented
