Job Description - Guest Services: Greet guests, carry luggage to rooms, explain room features (TV, AC), deliver messages and room service orders. - Information & Assistance: Answer questions about the hotel, local attractions, arrange transport (taxis, tours), and make reservations. - Errands: Pick up dry cleaning, manage deliveries, and run errands for guests. - Security: Assist with security checks, fire safety, and help guests with special needs (e.g., physical challenges). - Cover the front desk, check in/out late arrivals/early departures,dealing with enquiries by phone and face-to-face - Using the computer to check in guests arriving late, and check out those leaving early. Essential Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Friendly, polite, and a strong team player. - Physically fit to carry luggage and stand for long periods. - Resourceful and reliable.
