Pool Driver at Mountain Top University (MTU)

About the Role

An established company is recruiting 3 Pool Drivers to support operations across multiple locations. The successful candidates will reside in or around Unilag, Bariga, Yaba, Oworo, and Ibafo, Ogun State.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate lighter, special-purpose trucks with mountain driving experience
• Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
• Load and unload goods as required
• Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Inspect vehicle condition including brakes, tires, lights, and other essential components
• Perform brake adjustments and preventive maintenance
• Execute emergency roadside repairs when necessary
• Handle and transport dangerous goods according to regulations
• Record distance travelled and fuel consumption accurately
• Maintain professionalism in all customer service interactions
• Work in various locations to support employees at different worksites

Required Qualifications

• AZ class license and Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
• Certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry
• Fluency in English language
• Ability to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
