Job Summary: - Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all plumbing systems across the property to ensure smooth water flow, drainage, and overall functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Install and repair pipes, water lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures. - ⁠Diagnose plumbing faults (leaks, blockages, pressure issues) and fix them promptly. - ⁠Maintain and repair pumps, valves, heaters, and related equipment. - ⁠Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. - ⁠Ensure plumbing work meets safety and building standards. - ⁠Respond to emergencies and maintenance requests quickly. - ⁠Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used.
