Job Summary

We are seeking a competent Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our LPG plant located in Army Barracks, Onitsha, Anambra State. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in LPG operations, and a commitment to safety and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff and shift schedules
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the gas plant
• Ensure safe and efficient plant operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Monitor daily sales and cash remittance
• Drive sales initiatives and revenue growth
• Prepare periodic operational reports
• Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent customer service
• Guarantee compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
• Strong leadership, communication, and record-keeping skills
• IT proficiency with ability to use financial software and tools
• Trustworthy, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Ability to handle operational challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of LPG plant equipment, safety standards, and operational processes
