About the Role

Curriculum Planning and Development

• Develop detailed and well-structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and educational standards
• Create engaging and innovative teaching materials, incorporating various instructional strategies to meet diverse learning styles

Classroom Instruction

• Deliver lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking, making the subject matter accessible and relevant to students
• Utilize effective teaching methodologies, technology, and resources to enhance the learning experience

Assessment and Evaluation

• Prepare and submit question banks on the scheduled date
• Design and administer assessments to measure students' understanding of the subject
• Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic performance, identifying areas of improvement and recognizing achievements

Student Engagement and Support

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration
• Provide additional support to students who require assistance, addressing individual learning needs

Collaboration and Professional Development

• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-disciplinary approaches and contribute to the overall school curriculum
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay informed about educational trends, advancements, and best practices within the subject area
• Maintain open and effective communication with the principal, vice principal—academics, and other staff members
