Job Summary - We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images for indoor and outdoor shoots, managing photography equipment, editing and retouching images to professional standards, and contributing to creative direction and brand visuals. - The role requires a strong artistic eye, technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Plan, set up, and execute photoshoots across various locations (studio, outdoor, lifestyle, corporate, events, etc.). - Capture high-quality images that meet brand and client expectations. - Retouch and edit images to professional standards using advanced tools and techniques. - Ensure proper lighting, set design, backdrops, props, and aesthetics for shoot quality. - Maintain and manage all photography equipment and studio resources. - Collaborate with the creative and media team to develop visual concepts and storytelling ideas. - Organize, store, and archive images for easy reference and future use. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, creative styles, and photography innovations. Requirements - OND, HND qualiication, or Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Creative Arts, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a photographer (portfolio required). - Proficiency in Retouch Academy techniques is key and mandatory. - Strong photography skills with an artistic and creative eye for detail. - Proficiency in photo editing/retouching software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. - Excellent knowledge of lighting, composition, color, and camera handling techniques. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple shoots. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients and team members. - Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. - Flexibility to work on indoor and outdoor shoots, including weekends when required.
