About the Role
Flexi Microfinance Bank (Flexi MFB) is seeking reliable and self-driven Phone Collection Agents to support its Customer Finance & Recovery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site follow-ups with customers who have outstanding balances on credit-enabled services within the Flexi MFB ecosystem. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, discipline, and the ability to manage field operations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact customers with overdue balances to discuss repayment options and agree on suitable payment terms
- Meet and exceed monthly recovery targets through effective communication and negotiation
- Ensure strict adherence to FCCPC guidelines and company compliance policies during all collection activities
- Accurately document customer conversations, commitments, and repayment arrangements in the internal system
- Handle customer inquiries and disputes professionally to maintain a positive service experience
- Secure one-time settlements and structure realistic repayment plans based on customers' financial situations
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or B.Sc in any related discipline
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally
- Good data entry and documentation skills
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and compliance awareness
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in phone collections, customer service, telesales, or call-center operations
