Pharmacists (Mid Level)

About the Role - We are  seeking a motivated and innovative Pharmacist to drive sales growth, deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care, and support the overall profitability of our retail pharmacy operations. The role combines clinical excellence with commercial awareness and operational leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Review prescriptions accurately and provide patient counselling to ensure safe and effective medication use - Organise and manage the pharmacy layout for efficient identification of drugs and sundries - Oversee inventory movement to prevent product deterioration, shortages, and expiry - Drive the marketing and delivery of pharmacy services, including rapid health checks - Contribute to sales growth, category performance, and branch profitability through innovation and customer-focused initiatives - Stay current with trends and advancements in the health sector through continuous learning and professional collaboration - Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards Requirements: - Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with 3-5 years experience. - Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist - Working knowledge of MS Office and pharmacy information systems - Strong communication skills, professional integrity, and a patient-centred approach - (Accommodation is available) - Kindly indicate the state of interest, e.g (Pharmacist - Lagos)
