## Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Role Summary

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Grohe Pharmaceuticals' products within the Lagos Island territory. This is a field-based position requiring consistent engagement with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and approved healthcare outlets to drive sales growth and market penetration while complying strictly with pharmaceutical regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion

  • Promote company products to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
  • Generate sales orders and meet assigned sales targets
  • Ensure consistent product availability and visibility within assigned outlets

Territory Management

  • Cover assigned Lagos Island routes daily
  • Plan and manage efficient sales routes to maximize coverage
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within the territory

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain professional relationships with pharmacists and key decision-makers
  • Address product inquiries using approved product information only
  • Follow up on orders, restocking, and customer feedback

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Gather market and competitor information within Lagos Island
  • Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs

Compliance & Professional Conduct

  • Adhere strictly to pharmaceutical sales regulations and company policies
  • Avoid false or unauthorized medical claims
  • Represent Grohe Pharmaceuticals professionally at all times

Required Qualifications

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience
  • Previous pharmaceutical or FMCG sales experience is an advantage
  • Must reside on Lagos Island (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in the field and meet targets
