Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate testing and analysis of petroleum products, including fuels, lubricants, and other derivatives
• Ensure all tests are performed in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry standards (ASTM, ISO, API, etc.)
• Record, interpret, and report test results clearly and promptly
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and environmental standards in all laboratory activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory processes and quality systems
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and data management for all laboratory operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a petroleum or lubricant laboratory environment
• Strong understanding of petroleum product specifications and quality testing procedures
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and equipment handling
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience with petroleum product testing methods and quality analysis techniques
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards (ASTM, ISO, API, SAE)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
