## Title: Personal Assistant to the Vice Chairman

About the Role

The Personal Assistant to the Vice Chairman will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of the Vice Chairman's professional and personal commitments. This position requires a highly organised, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who can manage complex schedules, handle confidential correspondence, support high-level engagements, and provide comprehensive administrative, logistical, and project support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Vice Chairman's diary and daily time management
  • Handle all correspondence, including email management, dictation, and drafting of letters
  • Edit and review the Vice Chairman's manuscripts and documents
  • Arrange and coordinate travel, including flight itineraries, visa processing, passport renewal, and airport protocols
  • Supervise luggage handling during air travel
  • Travel with the Vice Chairman, including at short notice when necessary
  • Attend events and meetings alongside the Vice Chairman
  • Represent the Vice Chairman at meetings or functions when required
  • Manage various projects and events
  • Collaborate with staff, sister companies, and subcontractors on behalf of the Vice Chairman
  • Conduct research and draft speeches for the Vice Chairman's engagements and projects as needed
  • Liaise with Directors when necessary
  • Maintain inventory and documentation of the Vice Chairman's personal items in storage
  • Work with HR, Administration, and Personnel Management to manage corporate items in storage, including purchasing, issuance, and digitalized documentation
  • Run personal errands as required
