## Title: Personal Assistant to the Vice Chairman
About the Role
One StepAhead Consulting seeks a dedicated and organized individual to serve as Personal Assistant to the Vice Chairman. This is a dynamic role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Vice Chairman's calendar and daily schedule
- Handle all correspondence and communications on behalf of the Vice Chairman
- Take dictation and draft correspondence with thorough editing and quality control
- Edit and review the Vice Chairman's manuscripts and documents
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flight itineraries, visa processing, and passport renewal
- Manage airport protocols and travel logistics
- Supervise luggage handling and loading/unloading during air travel
- Attend corporate events and functions with the Vice Chairman
- Represent the Vice Chairman at meetings and events when required
- Conduct research and prepare speeches for the Vice Chairman's engagements and projects
- Manage various projects and corporate events
- Liaise with staff, sister companies, and subcontractors on behalf of the Vice Chairman
- Communicate with Directors as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of the Vice Chairman's personal items in storage
- Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Personnel Management for corporate item procurement, issuance, and digitalized documentation
- Manage vendor relationships for personal clothing and accessories
- Complete personal errands as required
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Vice Chairman
Work Requirements
- Flexibility to travel on short notice when required
- Availability to work according to the Vice Chairman's schedule
