## Title: Personal Assistant to the President
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and professional Personal Assistant to support the President with daily administrative duties, calendar management, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out personal assignments and tasks as required to assist the President
- Manage the President's daily calendar and appointments
- Manage personal projects on behalf of the President
- Draft or proofread personal letters, notes, and documents
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President
- Develop and maintain record-keeping and filing systems for official and personal records
- Manage the President's travel arrangements and bookings
- Process petty cash disbursements and prepare expense reports
- Track important milestone dates, events, and renewal dates for memberships, subscriptions, and personal commitments
- Coordinate and manage the tasks and assignments of other personal staff or vendors
- Handle visitor reception and general office hospitality arrangements
- Support or manage special projects
- Support the planning of private functions, dinners, and small-scale events
- Ensure the President's office runs smoothly
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a Company Executive

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
