Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Hospital Administrator's schedule, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing paperwork

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 5 years of work experience
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
