## Title: Personal Assistant to the Chairman

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Group Chairman. The ideal candidate must be proactive, highly organized, and ready to commence immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman
  • Manage the Chairman's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • 2–3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Must reside within proximity to Lekki, Lagos

Compensation

N180,000 per month
