## Title: Personal Assistant to Executive Manager
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to serve as a Personal Assistant to an Executive Manager. In this role, you will handle administrative, organizational, and personal duties to optimize the executive's time and ensure the smooth operation of their office. You will serve as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedules, coordinate meetings and appointments to prevent conflicts
- Book and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itinerary creation
- Screen and handle calls, emails, and general correspondence; act as gatekeeper and first point of contact for stakeholders
- Draft and prepare documents, presentations, reports, and briefs for the executive
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, gather materials, and manage logistical needs such as room bookings and refreshments
- Conduct research and compile information to assist the executive in decision-making processes
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict discretion
- Assist with special projects, track progress, and support the executive with ad-hoc tasks
- Manage personal errands and personal life tasks as required
Required Qualifications
- HND, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree
- 3–5 years of relevant experience

Salary
N150,000 - (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
