## Title: Personal Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our expanding team. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar activities
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications
- Organize meetings, prepare documents, and maintain records
- Run errands and coordinate logistics when required
- Assist with personal and work-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism at all times
Requirements
- OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
- Reliable, smart, and able to work under pressure
- Available for immediate resumption
Compensation
Monthly salary: ₦150,000
