## Title: Personal Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our expanding team. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle day-to-day tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar activities
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications
  • Organize meetings, prepare documents, and maintain records
  • Run errands and coordinate logistics when required
  • Assist with personal and work-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism at all times

Requirements

  • OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
  • 1–2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools
  • Reliable, smart, and able to work under pressure
  • Available for immediate resumption

Compensation

Monthly salary: ₦150,000
