## Title: Personal Assistant
About the Role
Clarhilla Designs is seeking a qualified Personal Assistant to join our Lagos-based team. You will serve as a key administrative professional supporting our executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the MD/CEO and clients/staff
- Manage diary, schedule meetings, and take minutes
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements (local and international)
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Maintain records, filing systems, and office supplies
- Assist with virtual and administrative tasks
- Support executive-level projects and activities
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Residence on Lagos Island or easy commute to office

- Passion for interior design
