## Title: Personal Assistant / Admin Officer
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic Personal Assistant / Admin Officer position.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management and diary scheduling
- Make travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and logistics
- Coordinate events and other engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing systems
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- Proven 2-4 years of work experience as a personal assistant
- Tech-savvy with experience in word processing and email programs
- Proficiency in MS Office and English
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
