## Title: Performance Management Analyst

Position Overview

The Performance Management Analyst is responsible for designing and sustaining systems that help the business measure, track, and improve performance across revenue and non-revenue teams.

This role extends beyond conducting performance reviews to creating the frameworks, tools, and dashboards that enable managers and employees to assess themselves objectively. Acting as a strategic enabler, the Performance Analyst ensures performance insights are data-driven, unbiased, and actionable, driving both business growth and people development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring it is simple, transparent, and outcome-focused
  • Design dashboards and metrics that remove human bias, integrating with systems for accurate performance tracking
  • Partner with HRBPs and line managers to embed performance culture, ensuring assessments are timely and meaningful
  • Research and benchmark best practices for measuring performance across revenue and non-revenue facing teams
  • Continuously analyze performance data to generate insights that guide decisions on pay reviews, promotions, and organizational improvements

Key Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to create frameworks and processes that scale across teams and functions
  • High level of independence, initiative, and accountability, focusing on outcomes rather than micromanaging
  • Excellent collaboration skills; able to influence leaders and engage employees in the performance process
  • Strong emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity to balance quantitative metrics with people's realities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, HR Analytics, Data Science, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in performance management, people analytics, or organizational development
