We are hiring a Payments & Compliance Associate for a leading FinTech company transforming financial inclusion in Nigeria and across Africa. This is an in-person role based in Abuja, designed for a disciplined professional who can ensure smooth payments processing and compliance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and process payments with accuracy and timeliness
• Implement and enforce compliance policies aligned with CBN and global best practices
• Flag irregular activities and work with internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of all financial operations and compliance activities
• Support finance, operations, and regulatory engagement units to ensure seamless delivery

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in payments, compliance, or financial operations (preferably in fintech, banking, or related sectors)
• Strong attention to detail with exceptional documentation and accuracy skills
• Familiarity with CBN guidelines, AML/CFT policies, and NDIC standards
• Proficiency with fintech applications, reporting tools, and compliance software
• Professional integrity with strong ethical practice and discretion
