Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and excellent customer experience
• Supervise staff, manage schedules, and maintain discipline and performance standards
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure proper handling of inventory
• Handle basic reporting, cash management, and ensure compliance with operational procedures

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in retail, QSR, or similar customer-facing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage staff and work in a fast-paced environment
