About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Boiler and Utility Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our utility systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems
• Manage water treatment plant operations
• Oversee sewage treatment plant operations
• Operate and maintain air compressor and HVAC systems
• Conduct daily inspections of all utility equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on utility systems
• Record operational data and maintain accurate daily operational records
• Respond promptly to equipment complaints and operational issues
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and identify root causes
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment breakdowns
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

Required Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of boiler operations and safety protocols
• Experience with water and sewage treatment systems
• Familiarity with HVAC and air compressor systems
• Strong attention to detail for data recording and inspections
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for reporting issues
• Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance knowledge
