Operator – Batching Plant at Tokiye Integrated Medical Services

Role Summary

The Batching Plant Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the concrete batching plant to ensure continuous, efficient, and high-quality concrete production. The role requires strict adherence to mix design specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the batching plant to produce concrete in accordance with approved mix designs and production schedules
• Verify raw material quality, quantities, and moisture content before batching
• Ensure proper calibration and functioning of plant equipment and weigh scales
• Maintain accurate production logs, batching reports, and delivery records
• Coordinate with QA/QC and site teams to ensure concrete quality and timely delivery
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the plant and related equipment
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues and escalate major faults to the maintenance team
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, housekeeping, and environmental standards

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a batching plant operator
• Vocational Certification as a batching plant operator (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with mix proportioning, material moisture adjustments, and plant calibration
• Hands-on knowledge of computerized batching systems (SIMEM, Schwing Stetter, ELKON, etc.) is an added advantage
