## Title: Operations/Teller Officer

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in banking operations at Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank, Lagos, Nigeria.

Process new account opening requests (savings, current, fixed deposit, and loan-related accounts)
Receive and process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan repayments, and other cash transactions
Post transactions into the core banking application promptly and correctly
Handle currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner
Provide support to customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
Balance vault transactions, cash movements, and maintain accurate teller proof sheets
Comply with CBN, AML/CFT, and bank operational policies
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all transactions
Cross-sell bank products and assist customers in completing forms and applications
Process and book loans accurately
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service
Other responsibilities as assigned

OND/HND qualification or B.Sc Certificate in any field
1–2 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in a microfinance institution
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with banking operations, policies, and regulatory requirements
