Operations - Technical Trainer III at Scruples Resources

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Technical Trainer III to develop and deliver technical training programs that enhance professional skills and competency across our operations. In this role, you will serve as a key interface between training curriculum experts, the broader training organization, and governance councils, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee technical training programs with deep expertise in your field of specialization
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills when collaborating with line management and governing bodies (PLC, MLC, TLC, SSHELC, etc.) to implement Global Operations Training system requirements
• Establish, certify, and track compliance with SCORR (Safety, Compliance, Operational, Regulatory and Required) training and skills development within manufacturing, operations, and support organizations
• Work directly with Training Supervisors to ensure site training plans comply with and meet governance council expectations and industry best practices
• Partner with subject matter experts and Competency and Training Advisors to define training product requirements and ensure global training objectives are achieved
• Provide support on instructional system design (ISD) to optimize learning management systems and ensure they support competency and training best practices and processes (such as GOTS and GMT)
• Develop global curriculum and training plans/roadmaps within functional support areas to maintain safe, environmentally responsible, reliable, and efficient operations of Production, Manufacturing, and Midstream assets and organizations

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and solid technical aptitude in your field of expertise
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Experience working with training governance frameworks and compliance requirements
