Job Summary

We are hiring for the position of Operations Supervisor in Awka, Anambra State. This role involves overseeing production activities and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities during assigned shifts
• Monitor and control production processes to maximize efficiency and meet production targets
• Share daily reports with the management team on production metrics, downtimes, and performance during shifts
• Facilitate seamless transition between production operations during shift changes
• Ensure production output maintains consistent quality standards
• Maintain production documentation and oversee equipment operation and maintenance
• Manage and coordinate the work of production workers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure adequate staffing and training to support ongoing production

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience with technical background
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel for generating timely reports
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work day or night shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent crisis management and adaptation skills
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
