About the Role

A fast-growing fashion brand is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, operations, and management, with the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, maintain brand standards, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising compliance
• Monitor and evaluate store performance, sales targets, and operational efficiency
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery
• Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff, fostering a performance-driven culture
• Coordinate with other departments (supply chain, sales, marketing, and production) to ensure seamless operations
• Implement operational improvements to drive profitability and customer retention
• Prepare reports on operations, customer feedback, and staff performance for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong background in customer service and team leadership
• Solid knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and visual merchandising
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a strong advantage
