## Title: Refueler I - Operations

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Refueler I in its Operations department. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and correct handling, storage, and movement of petroleum products, with a focus on into-plane refueling operations conducted in accordance with company operating procedures and industry standards.

Main Functions

  • Ensure safe and correct handling, storage, and movement of company products
  • Conduct refueling operations (planes, tanks, etc.) in accordance with company operating procedures
  • Maintain compliance with quality control and operating standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle, store, and move petroleum products safely, including into-plane refueling, in accordance with company Quality Control and Operating Standards
  • Service customers in a timely manner
  • Maintain product quality to EM corporate, CAA, and industry standards and complete daily product quality checks
  • Accurately record all stock movements and sales
  • Operate correct emergency procedures in the event of incidents
  • Serve as first point of contact with customers and maintain customer service levels
  • Prevent injuries, environmental, and other incidents within assigned areas of control
  • Implement company Safety and Emergency Procedures
  • Schedule planned work to ensure refueling is completed in a timely manner
  • Input all necessary data into the system to control sales transactions and product movement, including end-of-day reconciliation
  • Maintain all necessary records on refueling and product quality activities
  • Act as first-line contact with external departments and bodies, including other oil companies, supply terminals, head office, EM Aviation Sales Department, and airport authority
  • Maintain and demonstrate competency in all procedures associated with fueling and depot equipment maintenance
  • Undertake special responsibilities when trained

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5–12 years of relevant work experience
  • Dangerous Goods Endorsement
  • Heavy Trade License with hazardous goods and trailer endorsement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trade qualification
