Operations Officer at Elvaridah

About the Role

Elvaridah is seeking a qualified Operations Officer to support the smooth day-to-day running of the company's operations. You will ensure efficient processes, compliance with internal policies, and delivery of high-quality service to clients. This role involves overseeing transaction processing, vendor management, process optimization, and ensuring alignment between operational activities and the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency & Process Management

• Support daily operational activities across departments to ensure business continuity
• Monitor financial and transactional processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Experience, Compliance, and Finance) to streamline workflows

Transaction & Reconciliation Management

• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure proper reconciliation with system records
• Work closely with the finance team to track payments, settlements, and disbursements
• Escalate transaction discrepancies promptly and ensure resolution within defined timelines

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all operational activities adhere to regulatory and internal compliance requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and support audit processes
• Monitor operational risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Support vendor onboarding, relationship management, and performance monitoring
• Liaise with external partners, payment processors, and service providers to ensure service quality and uptime

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare periodic operational reports and dashboards for management review
• Track KPIs related to efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational accuracy
