## Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all plant operations, sales and marketing execution, and performance monitoring across multiple gas plant locations. This role ensures operational efficiency, supports revenue growth initiatives, manages business activities and projects, and drives long-term profitability. You will provide leadership to plant teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain consistent operational standards across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to Plant Managers and operational teams across all locations
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards (NMDPRA, SON, Fire Service)
  • Monitor plant performance, equipment status, and product quality to maintain operational efficiency
  • Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for LPG/CNG/LNG operations including filling, storage, transloading, and dispatch
  • Analyse operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure equipment reliability
  • Work with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to maintain adequate stock and ensure timely product distribution
  • Prepare and deliver operational and performance reports to management
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of operations staff
  • Enforce HSE compliance and oversee safety performance across all sites
  • Conduct regular site visits, operational audits, and performance reviews

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of LPG, LNG, and CNG systems and gas-fired plant operations
  • Solid understanding of HSE practices and regulatory compliance
  • Leadership and team coordination across multiple locations
  • Ability to work effectively in high-growth, fast-paced operational environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
