## Title: Operations Manager - Exotic Dancers Department
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join FoliXx Hospitality in Lagos, Nigeria. The Operations Manager will oversee all activities relating to the Exotic Dancers Department, ensuring top-tier performance quality, appearance, discipline, and team coordination. This role requires a leader who can balance empathy with authority, maintain confidentiality, and foster a safe, motivating, and structured work environment for all performers.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Supervise and manage all exotic dancers, ensuring punctuality, grooming, and adherence to club policies
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and performance checks
- Coordinate performance schedules, stage rotations, and dance appearances
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a healthy, professional team culture
- Act as the first point of contact for dancer-related issues, welfare, or emergencies
Performance & Presentation
- Collaborate with the Creative Choreographer and Head Sister to review and approve dance routines, stage appearances, and themed shows
- Monitor dancer energy, stage presence, and guest engagement throughout the night
- Ensure every performance aligns with brand standards of elegance, class, and sensuality
- Conduct weekly performance feedback sessions to improve show quality and consistency
Welfare & Discipline
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and costume presentation
- Ensure dancers adhere to club rules, attendance requirements, and behavior codes
- Manage disciplinary actions professionally while maintaining discretion and respect
- Support dancers emotionally when needed — guiding them to maintain focus and motivation
Administration & Coordination
- Keep detailed attendance records, performance schedules, and payment logs
- Collaborate with HR, Accounts, and Operations for payroll processing and administrative needs
- Work closely with the House Mum, Head Sister, and Intels Team to maintain operational excellence
