Role Purpose
The Operations Executive / Manager ensures smooth end-to-end delivery of commercial transactions — from deal agreement to execution to payment. This role supports the Sales Team by coordinating internal processes, documentation, follow-ups, and cross-department communication to prevent revenue loss caused by operational gaps, delays, or errors.
Primary Outcome: Deals are executed correctly, on time, and paid for — with zero leakage.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Execution Coordination
- Ensure every closed deal is fully documented and properly handed over for execution
- Track execution milestones to ensure commitments to clients are met
- Identify potential delays or risks early and drive real-time resolution
Cross-Department Alignment
Serve as the central liaison between Sales, Operations / Delivery, Finance / Accounts, and Compliance / Admin teams.
- Ensure workflows move smoothly from one stage to the next
- Ensure nothing "falls through the cracks"
Documentation & Process Control
- Verify all commercial activities have proper documentation, accurate pricing, and required approvals
- Ensure compliance with company policies on pricing, discounts, and exceptions
- Maintain orderly, retrievable project and transaction records
Financial Closure & Revenue Assurance
- Track every deal from execution through billing and payment
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding receivables
- Maintain a dashboard of deals in progress, completed, and awaiting financial closure
- Escalate discrepancies immediately to prevent revenue loss
Communication & Reporting
- Provide accurate status updates to Sales Leadership
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering deals executed, pending execution tasks, outstanding financial closures, and bottlenecks with actions taken
