We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and driven Operational Supervisor to manage and optimize our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong track record in supervising teams and managing logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operational staff, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and coaching
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current operational procedures and implement practical solutions to improve workflow and productivity
• Ensure all operational activities and output meet defined quality standards and company policies
• Oversee stock levels, manage local logistics, and coordinate the movement of goods or resources as required
• Prepare daily and weekly operational performance reports, summarizing key metrics and outlining challenges to senior management
• Ensure the team operates in compliance with all relevant safety regulations and internal guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BSc/HND) from a recognized institution
• Verifiable prior experience in an operational or supervisory role
• Full-time commitment to the Monday to Saturday work schedule
