Operation Supervisor at Stellar Group

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to supervise operational compliance of franchisees, coordinate goods dispatching and logistics within the region, and ensure stable and efficient supply chain operations. You will work under the guidance of the Chinese Specialist to maintain company standards and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Supervision

• Conduct regular on-site inspections of franchisees
• Supervise sales behaviors and eliminate non-compliant situations such as cross-region sales and selling competing products
• Verify franchisees' inventory management and brand image display (including promotional materials) comply with company standards

Dispatching Coordination

• Process goods transfer applications between franchisees and complete reviews in accordance with company procedures
• Coordinate implementation of approved transfers
• Monitor franchisees' inventory levels in real time
• Issue alerts and provide suggestions to franchisees with excessively high or low inventory levels

Logistics and Safety

• Track goods transportation status and ensure timely logistics delivery
• Coordinate resolution of abnormal transportation issues
• Supervise safety standards of franchisees' warehouses and goods transportation
• Proactively identify and report potential safety hazards
• Record and document verified safety incidents

Data Collection and Reporting

• Collect and verify daily inventory reports submitted by franchisees to ensure data authenticity and accuracy
• Regularly submit operational supervision reports and dispatching logs to the Chinese Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or dispatch
