Operation Supervisor at Stellar Group

About the Role

Stellar Group seeks a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee operational compliance across our franchisee network in Lagos. You will work under the guidance of the Chinese Specialist to ensure stable and efficient supply chain operations throughout the region.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise operational compliance of franchisees and coordinate dispatching of goods and logistics within the region
• Conduct regular on-site inspections of franchisees to monitor sales behaviors and eliminate non-compliant situations such as cross-region sales and selling competing products
• Verify that franchisees' inventory management and brand image display (including promotional materials) comply with company standards
• Review and process goods transfer applications between franchisees in accordance with company procedures
• Monitor franchisees' inventory levels in real time and provide alerts and recommendations for unusually high or low stock levels
• Track goods transportation status and coordinate resolution of any abnormal transportation issues
• Supervise warehouse and goods transportation safety standards, identify potential hazards, and document verified safety incidents
• Collect, verify, and ensure accuracy of daily inventory reports and data submitted by franchisees
• Prepare and submit operational supervision reports and dispatching logs to the Chinese Specialist on a regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or dispatch
