## Title: Operations and Administrative Supervisor

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Elevated HR Limited as an Operations and Administrative Supervisor in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise operations activities and administrative duties
  • Manage and coordinate team and division operations
  • Oversee office supplies and manage departmental budgets
  • Handle vendor relationships and procurement
  • Supervise maintenance, security, office moves, and general upkeep of premises
  • Act as a link between administrative staff, management, and other departments for project completion
  • Maintain records, reports, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Address daily issues, complaints, and operational challenges

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 2 to 3 years' post-NYSC experience in a related role

Compensation

N100,000 – N130,000 monthly
