## Title: On-Premise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily stock reviews and maintain accurate inventory records
- Manage all personnel assigned to your account, providing leadership and support
- Review team performance and provide solutions to address challenges in meeting targets
- Develop long-term customer relationships by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities that satisfy customer needs
- Utilize available reporting and analysis tools to champion continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide in-depth training for all new hires
- Analyze daily results to identify top and bottom performers and their contributing factors
- Establish clear daily targets and communicate agreed-upon action plans for results improvement
- Set SMART objectives with appropriate energy levels to deliver the commercial plan
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts
- Track and monitor sales performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in FMCG
- Minimum of 5 years managing sales teams
