About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through online research, social media, and inbound inquiries
• Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to generate new business opportunities
• Present and promote products and services to prospective clients via phone, email, and online platforms
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in telesales, online sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
