## Title: Online Sales Executive

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers online and through phone to generate sales leads and build a client base
  • Develop thorough understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers
  • Present products, answer customer questions, explain technical details, and negotiate prices and terms to secure sales
  • Maintain and grow profitable relationships with customers by providing excellent service, handling queries, and following up on leads and inquiries
  • Work independently or with a team to meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales goals and drive revenue for the company
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends, online marketing strategies, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2–5 years of experience in telesales, client service, customer service, or sales
  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively through various digital platforms
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities
  • Basic to strong knowledge of computers, software, and related IT terminology
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
