About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. We are seeking a Social Media Manager and Content Creator to oversee our company's sales and public interactions by implementing strategic content across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and execute social media content strategies across all platforms
• Design graphics and create videos to market company products
• Analyze engagement data and identify trends in customer interactions
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to build and strengthen online community
• Post content regularly (text, video, and images) that engages the target market
• Monitor online conversations on company social media accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns through social media platforms
• Maintain brand consistency and develop strategies to build or maintain brand presence
• Follow online conversations and identify relevant social media events such as trending hashtags or sensitive topics
• Share appropriate content that aligns with company social media strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND qualification
• 3–10 years of work experience in social media management or related field

Essential Skills

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with writers, designers, developers, and customers. Must be able to report professionally to senior management.
• Creativity: Ability to craft engaging content that constantly aligns with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage audiences.
• Technology: Strong computer skills, proficiency with social media platforms, and experience using tools that analyze social media performance.
