## Title: Office Secretary

Role Overview

This position provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations within the power generation unit. The role directly reports to the Managing Director and plays a key part in maintaining smooth workflow and proper documentation across all generator sales, service, and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls and emails professionally
  • Organize and maintain schedules and calendars
  • Prepare and maintain office documents and records
  • Coordinate communication between technical and administrative teams
  • Assist with project and service-related records management
  • Follow up with clients both online and on-site
  • Attend to walk-in clients
  • Support sales activities and contribute to closing sales
  • Ensure timely administrative support for generator sales and service operations
