## Title: Office Secretary
Role Overview
This position provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations within the power generation unit. The role directly reports to the Managing Director and plays a key part in maintaining smooth workflow and proper documentation across all generator sales, service, and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and emails professionally
- Organize and maintain schedules and calendars
- Prepare and maintain office documents and records
- Coordinate communication between technical and administrative teams
- Assist with project and service-related records management
- Follow up with clients both online and on-site
- Attend to walk-in clients
- Support sales activities and contribute to closing sales
- Ensure timely administrative support for generator sales and service operations
