## Title: Office Assistant

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Office Assistant at Secom Limited in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Run errands for the office
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists

Requirements

  • Minimum OND qualification
  • 1 – 2 years experience as an Office Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Compensation

N70,000 per month
