## Title: NYSC Volunteer – Administrative Support

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Novel Alliance for Development Aid (NADA) as an NYSC Volunteer in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will provide administrative assistance, program support, and contribute to organizational objectives while developing valuable professional experience.

Main Objective

Provide administrative assistance, program support, and assist in other duties assigned to support NADA's mission and operations.

Key Areas of Accountability

As a member of the NADA Team, you will contribute to developing an organizational culture that reflects our dual mandate values, promotes accountability and high performance, and encourages a team culture of learning, creativity, and innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of program documentation, such as agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure that all relevant documents are organized and accessible
  • Provide administrative assistance to program staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing activity profiles
  • Support the operations department with logistics engagements
  • Attend all trainings and capacity building organized by NADA, partners, MDAs, and Donor agencies
  • Assist in implementing program activities by supporting program-related initiatives
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with others to engage and influence, promoting dialogue and ensuring timely and appropriate messages that build confidence and trust

Requirements

Eligibility

  • Must be a serving NYSC member (National Youth Service Corps Member)
  • Primary place of assignment should be flexible for other engagements

Education

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Science, Social Sciences, or any Management Science-related discipline

Languages

  • Essential: English language
  • Desirable: Hausa and any other local language
