## Title: NYSC Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a client-focused and tech-savvy NYSC Client Relationship Manager to manage client interactions, ensure satisfaction, and support the company's marketing and sales operations. The role involves attending site visitations, managing feedback, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client communication, inquiries, and feedback efficiently
  • Conduct site visitations to support clients and assess service quality
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support the sales and marketing team in client engagement initiatives
  • Maintain client records and prepare weekly performance reports

Requirements

  • Must be a current NYSC Corp Member serving in Abuja
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or CRM tools
  • Creative, tech-savvy, proactive, and organized approach to work
  • Strong passion for customer service and relationship management
