About the Role

We are recruiting a dynamic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Nursery Early Years Teaching Assistant for immediate employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop exciting and relevant learning experiences for children both indoors and outdoors using the provided scheme of work
• Plan and develop programs that cater to the educational needs of children in early years learning
• Incorporate a variety of teaching and learning strategies
• Maintain open communication between parents and work colleagues to build and maintain a supportive and encouraging team environment
• Keep abreast of educational developments
• Maintain accurate and updated ongoing records of each child's progress and prepare reports

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Ed or B.Sc. degree
• Minimum of 2 years of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) teaching experience
• Qualified documented certification or diploma in British and Montessori educational curriculum
• Computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate in Montessori Education

• Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching young children with genuine care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work outside regular office hours, including weekends, holidays, and other days as required
• Committed to working in close partnership with parents
