Position Overview: - IHMS Nigeria Limited is seeking passionate and dedicated fresh Nursing graduates to join our Graduate Nursing Trainee Program. - This program provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Customer Support, Providers Management Support, and Claims Department Support, helping trainees build a strong foundation in healthcare administration and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Customer Support team in handling patient inquiries, guiding them on healthcare services, and ensuring prompt issue resolution. - Support the Providers Management team in coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery. - Work with the Claims Department to review and process medical claims in line with company policies. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for customer interactions, provider engagements, and claims processing. - Participate in training sessions to develop professional and technical skills. - Adhere to company policies and healthcare regulations while performing assigned duties. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution. - Must have completed or be awaiting Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licensing. - Strong passion for healthcare services and administration. - Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different teams.
