Multimedia Production Manager at Rise Interactive Studios

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee multimedia production projects (film, digital content, commercials, documentaries, branded content, etc.)
• Coordinate cross-functional creative teams (videographers, editors, animators, designers, sound engineers)
• Supervise the technical and creative process from pre-production through post-production
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and collaborators
• Introduce innovative approaches and emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, MR, etc.) into the production pipeline
• Maintain and manage multimedia equipment, software, and studio assets

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in multimedia/film/digital production management
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Proficiency with industry-standard production software (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering high-quality productions
• Strong creative vision with the ability to execute complex projects
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
