Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role for a Montessori & Tech-Literate Classroom Teacher based in Akute. - The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Montessori philosophy while incorporating relevant technological tools to enhance learning. Responsibilities include individualised instruction, classroom management, and monitoring student progress. - Additionally, the teacher will contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with the school community to create an enriching learning environment. Key Responsibilities - Deliver Montessori-aligned lessons that support holistic development. - Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. - Integrate technology to complement Montessori materials and extend learning. - Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and prepare developmental reports. - Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the school’s values and learning ethos. - Engage parents and guardians professionally, ensuring strong communication links. - Support co-curricular activities and wider school initiatives. Qualifications - Proficiency in Teaching and a strong foundation in Education - Experience in Training and Coaching students to reach their full potential - Skills in Personal Development to foster growth and confidence in learners - Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods and technology integration in the classroom - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with children - Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field; Montessori certification is an added advantage Check how your CV aligns with this job
